During today’s Community Meeting we acknowledged the hard work, dedication, and amazing academic achievement of three female students.  A huge congratulations to the all female trio Kiley Cosgrove, Lucy Nigro for being our co-valedictorians and to Emily Kimball our salutatorian.  Each of these students have participated in various school activities including National Honor Society, Student Leadership, various sports and a variety of student-led clubs.  This achievement is a great way for us to close out our acknowledgement of Women’s History Month and the strong female presence that Peoples Academy has within its walls.

This past weekend two of our TA’s went on an educational adventure to NYC to watch the Broadway play ‘Back to the Future’ starring Liana Hunt, a PA alumni.  In addition to meeting the cast member, the group visited historical NYC sites and museums showing the students all the culture that the Big Apple has to offer.

If you missed the One Act Performance a couple weeks ago please join us for a dress performance of this year’s One Act “The Secret in the Wings” by Mary Zimmerman, on Wednesday, April 3rd at 7:00pm. This rehearsal will help prepare our students to head to the Vermont State Drama Festival at Otter Valley High School April 5 & 6.

The revote of the Elmore-Morristown FY25 budget has been scheduled for Tuesday, April 16.  Information about the proposed budget can be viewed HERE.  Please remember to vote and reach out to the Central Office at 888-4541 with any additional questions.
