Stowe Middle School

Stowe Middle School (SMS) is a small, rural school serving students in grades 6 through 8. SMS recognizes that each child is an individual, that all children are creative, and that all children need to succeed. We seek to create a challenging learning environment that encourages high expectations for success through developmentally appropriate instruction that allows for individual differences and learning styles. We strive to have our parents, teachers and community members actively involved in our students’ learning.

Striving for excellence, through diverse and comprehensive programs designed to inspire a lifelong love of learning, we provide a stimulating and supportive environment that challenges all students to be respectful and responsible world citizens.
